The beginning of April was truly special for the Translation Agency “GREAT”.
We had the honor of welcoming Maksym Kozub — one of the most prominent specialists in the field of simultaneous interpreting in Ukraine.
The visit began with an introduction to our team at the GR8 office. In a relaxed atmosphere, Maksym shared his professional journey, his experience working at international events, and discussed the realities of simultaneous interpreting. This meeting became a source of inspiration and new ideas for the entire team.
The next stage included meetings with future translators. At Zhytomyr State Polytechnic University, Maksym spoke about the practical aspects of the profession, its challenges, and the importance of continuous development in the translation field. He shared his own experience and offered advice to those just starting their professional path.
The program continued at the Educational and Scientific Institute of Foreign Philology of Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University, where Maksym addressed translation students. He spoke about working under high responsibility, managing stress, and preparing for simultaneous interpreting at a professional level.
